"I had a tree fall on my home in early January of 2024. During that same incident, we lost power to our home for 3 days in subzero temperatures. With all the related damage it has been over a year since we have been able to live in the home. A traumatic experience to say the least. Something I would not wish on anyone. However, through it all, I would like to thank Ms. Babarah Zimmerman at State Farm Insurance, she has stood out and has been a wonderful help, guiding us through these very difficult times."

"Ian was absolutely fabulous in helping me get set up with State Farm. This was the first time I have ever had to shop around for car insurance/renters insurance and he helped me every step of the way. "We were somewhat forced to go with this agent when our longtime agent retired. For the past several years now his office has never come through for us when needed. Their office is typically staffed with a skeleton staff and their office hours (when someone is there) are open at their convenience and not yours. We have been very disappointed with their service and have switched over all of our policies to a different office."

"I spoke with an agent named Viri. She was extremely patient, polite, and helped me understand everything I needed to know about my policy. Instead of up selling everything or trying to get me to buy something else (like other insurance companies), she was honest, genuine, and clear. If this is the standard of the business, I will be with State Farm for a long time."
