"I've never interacted with the agent himself - everything went through the CS Manager who was great. My rates went up last year and I cancelled my auto and renter's policies. The cancellation was confirmed in writing, however, the renter's policy never got cancelled. I found this out 7.5 months later when I received a bill in the mail. I contacted the office to alert them to the error and they admitted fault but would only refund me from the date I "reminded" them of the cancellation so now I'm just out 7 months of premiums."
