"I spoke with an agent named Viri. She was extremely patient, polite, and helped me understand everything I needed to know about my policy. Instead of up selling everything or trying to get me to buy something else (like other insurance companies), she was honest, genuine, and clear. If this is the standard of the business, I will be with State Farm for a long time."

"Let me start by saying I've known Ryan Gelbrich for over 25 years and in that time he has never been anything other than honest, hardworking and forthright. He is exactly the kind of guy you want looking out for you when you need to make an insurance claim. What is new to me, though, is his team. It's hard to imagine finding a group of people that match his integrity and work ethic. That's a very high bar. Yet, he has done it. We have been customers of Ryan's for about six years and recently ran into some issues with underwriters at State Farm during a new home purchase. It was a difficult process for all of us. But Ryan and his team, especially Sierrah, navigated the very complicated situation and never (at least not vocally..) begrudged my frustration with the process. If it weren't for Ryan and Sierrah my family may not have a roof over its head at the moment. And if we did, it would not be safely insured. If you are looking for an advocate when the worst happens in your life, you can stop scrolling right now and call Ryan Gelbrich and his team."

"I received an Auto policy quote from this agency on November 2023 for my work van. The agent who gave me the quote was Kelli Soto and my payment was $184 a month for 6 months that i had automatic payment on. On April 2024 I saw they took $291 from my account and called them to know what was going on, the lady was not able to explain everything correctly but got upset at me and hung up on me. I called them back and was told they cancelled my policy and reinstated it, so at the time of cancellation they were not taking payment and now will charge me an another $291 on May just to paid the 6 month in full. I agreed with them. The last time i called them i asked for my renewal proof and they sent it to me by email. I didn’t aware that my car insurance was canceled without giving me any reason or notice. I received an email last night on July 16th from a collection company saying that i owed them $1951 for my business liability insurance which i never had with them. They just made up a liability insurance policy for my business without my approval or my consent or without me asking them for one. I have a business liability insurance for my business since 2022 and never switched my policy since then. In my general contractor license i have my other insurance listed on. I am wondering how a company can acting so unprofessional and mistaking everything and has nerves to send someone to collections for no reason whatsoever to just get some free money. I will never recommend no one to work with this specific brand or agency because you will regret it soon or later."

"cant say enough about the guy. great conversation. Im not shy eith asking every question eith no hesitation . 10/10 slayed it sir. saved a ton by swapping (i wont say names but it sounds like gecko). ps its super cool if you have any questions no matter who answers its only a few people and they are all right there. that to me means alot cause ive worked insurance and when you get tossed around all over and no one wants to do someone elses work so you get lost in a voicemail. its annoying. here they can go tap him on the shoulder."

"Was quoted 112$ for my insurance plan at first. 2 days later it came up to 130$. She said it was because I had not given her the VIN number when I did the first time wich gave her the quote in the first place. Not ok."

"I have had State Farm since 1976. Ryan has been my agent for about a year after my prior agent retired. I had a claims payment issue and reached out to his office. Barbara was great acting as my voice within State Farm and resolving the issue. It was affirming that the value of my own agent, not some toll-free number, was again demonstrated to me."

"For over seven years, I've been a loyal customer of Ryan Gelbrich's State Farm office. I rarely needed assistance, making me a low-maintenance policyholder. However, a recent experience left me deeply disappointed with the customer service and unprofessionalism provided by the office. While inquiring about adding another vehicle, I was unexpectedly informed that my policy had lapsed due to a missed payment. As I have automatic payments set up, I was understandably confused. Upon clarification, I was told the office had sent notifications about the issue. While I acknowledge receiving notifications via text message or email. I had full intentions of responding but realize the possibility and reality of missing those messages due to the busyness of daily life, I believe a personal phone call would have been a more proactive measure before policy termination. After all, State Farm emphasizes a "good neighbor" approach. This personal phone call could have looked like. “We noticed you have not paid a payment this month. It looks like you have always paid on time. Is there anything we can do before we are required to terminate your policy“ Fortunately, I was able to reinstate my policy without further problems. However, when I expressed interest in speaking directly with Ryan Gelbrich, the representative informed me it was "near impossible" due to his workload. They further explained Ryan trusts his staff and he wouldn't be available for "everyday issues." While I understand delegation, this situation wasn't a routine matter. As a loyal customer of seven years, this was my first attempt to connect with Ryan directly about better customer services practices. The response felt dismissive and conveyed that my concerns weren't important enough for his attention. Moving forward, I will not continue paying an agent who doesn't seem to value customer relationships. An unwritten policy that restricts client access to the agent strikes me as unprofessional and unacceptable. Do better."
