Ian, was awesome. He answered all of my questions and found the best policy for us. He explained the products and services in an excellent manner. The best thing about him was that he took the time to explain the policies in detail so that I understood them. He also helped me cancel my other policies. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was getting and that's very rare these days. He was so pleasant to deal with. I will recommend State Farm to my friends and family. Mondi was great answered all my questions and gave me lots of information it was a great experience overall.

I had a tree fall on my home in early January of 2024. During that same incident, we lost power to our home for 3 days in subzero temperatures. With all the related damage it has been over a year since we have been able to live in the home. A traumatic experience to say the least. Something I would not wish on anyone. However, through it all, I would like to thank Ms. Babarah Zimmerman at State Farm Insurance, she has stood out and has been a wonderful help, guiding us through these very difficult times.
